You should be self motivated to get the best in your life. Here is an ideal daily liife routine which may help you to bring definite success in your life.

Rise up in the Morning  –  5 a.m

Revise yesterday studied : 7-30 to 9:00 am

Revision is important. The practices/new chapters studied yesterday must revise today, either, you may easily forget it.

Food habits for Tifin of a Student

For school/college going students – Prepare. Must carry your tiffin having following items 

  1.  Sprouted Gum & Mug (Green) – 100 gms
  2.  Fruits – 250 gm – 400 gm
  3. Avoid any cooked Food

After Comeback from college/school – Have  a little homemade healthy snacks, if you feel hungry. Suggested – One Glass Mix Fruit juice. Do not use any marketed real juice or drinks. 

In the afternoon, if you have time, you must go out to the playground and play any game.  Those who have no such facility, may try indoor games with family members or friends for 30 minutes.

Finish your dinner before 8 PM 

Your dinner should be very light.  Never intake meat or any heavy digest food in dinner.  After dinner you should be awake and in activity not less than 2 and half hours. 

After dinner, you may spend 20 minutes watching your favourite TV show/News with your family.  You should know about the surrounding i.e – Social, political and economical updates of the country and the world.

Complete your Assigned tasks from school/college within 9-30 PM. 

Never keep pending your tasks. Todays tasks must be completed by today itself. Not to be extended till tomorrow. 

Your planned study – 9-30 to 10-30 PM

Planned study may be your Textbook, Question answer practice, Mock test etc.  Those who can do, must read some general books or write creative thoughts, learn new things etc.  Must read at least one page of any great books – it may be motivational books, religious thoughts i.e Bhagbad Geeta, Kathamrita, Bibel, Ram Charit Manas, Quran etc. 

Go to bed  within 10-30 to 11-00 PM

Have a sweet sleep from 11 pm to 5 am – 6 hours.  6 Hours of sleep for students is sufficient. It’s time to build yourself. Don’t waste your time sleeping a lot.  

During Holiday/Sunday – The routine should be same only change in college./school time – which should be spent in revision of complete works done in the entire week or complete your pending works or learn new things.  Do not waste your time on your mobile phone playing games or chatting with friends. Keep your phone away in your study hour.Never watch Reels.  This has been created by Media mafias to steal your time for their commercial benefit. You wont get any value from watching reals.  

Reading Good Books on Daily Basis or During Holidays

If you have sufficient time on holidays, read some good books. It may change  the way of thinking and achieve the best in your life.
